Weight loss expert, Pat Sheehan, will do a summary talk on his 12-week Weight Loss Program. He will give tips & advice on how to motivate yourself to keep fit & healthy.
Killarney native Pat Sheehan is a highly motivated individual who has helped hundreds of people change their lives for the better, through weight-loss, from a few pounds up to 10 stone. He has a wealth of expertise in this area and has worked in the health, fitness and wellbeing industry for a decade. He runs two weight loss clinics Killarney & Millstreet along with a fitness studio. Pats passion is to help people achieve their goals and create a lifestyle balance that is achievable and manageable for the future.
He also has a very keen interest in mountain walking & will share some of his experiences on how easy it is for someone to start.
Over the years Pat has been able to tie-in his passion for the outdoors with raising thousands of euro for different charity’s…Kerry Mountain & Rescue, Irish Kidney Association, Barraduff Community field, My Canine Companion, to mention a few. This is one way to help get motivated even more. Having goals is key to keeping motivated.
